Do you have a knack for bringing order to chaos and a passion for creating functional and beautiful spaces? Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with the potential for growth within a dynamic and supportive team?

As a Project Support Organizer at Brilliant Interiors, you'll play a vital role in transforming our clients' homes. Working alongside our Lead and Associate Organizers, you'll directly contribute to creating organized and harmonious environments that empower our clients to live more intentionally. You'll apply Brilliant Interiors' proven methods and standards, always keeping the client's unique goals for both form and function at the forefront. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and grow your career in the professional organizing industry.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist Lead and Associate Organizers in hands-on organizing projects in residential homes.
  • Help clients sort through belongings, declutter spaces, and implement customized organizational systems.
  • Unpack and organize during move-in projects.
  • Assist with light packing for move-out projects.
  • Organize various areas of the home, including closets, kitchens, pantries, home offices, and more.
  • Transport organizing supplies and client items as needed (with reimbursement where applicable).
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working in clients' homes.
  • Adhere to the Brilliant Interiors standard of excellence in all aspects of the work.

The Opportunity:
This is an on-call, part-time position, typically involving 1-2 projects per month. It's an ideal entry point to join the Brilliant Interiors team and offers a clear pathway to being considered first for future Associate Organizer roles as they become available.

Schedule:
  • On-call, as needed, Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
  • Flexibility is required to accommodate project schedules.

What You'll Bring:
  • Reliable transportation to client homes throughout the Denver metro and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and using a step stool or small ladder.
  • Physical and mental stamina to handle the demands of organizing in various environments.
  • Tolerance for typical household odors (pets, dust, smoke, fragrances). We prioritize working in clean and safe environments.
  • Professional presentation and adherence to the Brilliant Interiors uniform policy.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine desire to help others and create brilliantly organized spaces.
  • While not required, an Associate's Degree or any type of professional certification is a plus. We also value relevant work experience.
